  • General

    I love spending time with my son, reading, watching tv, swimming, going to the zoo, and playing some video games

  • Music

    When it comes to music, I tend to listen to pretty much anything, except Rap. Some rap I can listen to but most I can not. I listen mostly to classic rock and country rock.

  • Movies

    I watch all sorts of movies, but my favorites are dramas, dramadies, romantic comidies, musicals, and of course Disney movies.

  • Television

    I dont get to watch tv a lot anymore so usually I tend to watch everything on dvd, but my favorite shows are I Love Lucy, MASH, Desperate Housewives, Weeds, Dead Like Me, AFV, and Heroes.

  • Books

    Outside of school I don't get to read much, but when I do I enjoy self help books, or spiritual books. Conversations with God. Eat, Pray, Love. And I also like Murder Mystery suspense stories from James Patterson.

    My main heroes are my parents, they have saved me and helped me through everything in my life and have done more for me than I could ever think possible. If it werent for them I do not know where I would be, and I hope I am half the parent to Gabe as they were to me.

Hello everyone, I am Jessica, Jes for short, I am 24, and a single mother of an adorable baby boy named Gabriel who was born March 26, 2008.
I am currently working towards my degree at Oakland Community College. I have my Associates Degree in General Education, and am working towards my Associates in CAD Engineering which I will recieve June 2010.

    That is so good! Each pound counts. Have you heard of Curves? It's a woman's workout facility, I've been going there to exercise for a year now and have only lost about 45-50 lbs total, but the trainers are really nice they're there to help you. They track weight loss by measuring and weighing me every 4 weeks. I've been doing good, just working hard at school.

    I just read your status message. So proud of you!!! How much have you lost so far? I've lost about 40lbs in the past 3 months, it's such hard work, but totally worth it in the end.

    we prob won't be able to stop by as our vaca is being cut short because i couldn't get all of my time off from work. sucks! how is school going btw?! i am back in it and just took a final, aced it, but i am worried about my other class! yuck! have a good weekend, i work till wed which is when we are leaving to go up north.

    Oh I remember those days of Comp II... I hated it! I had a really shitty grade on my Final paper but managed somehow to get a B in the class.
