About me:

I am a husband and a father who practices law in northeastern Ohio. I am a construction attorney and I help people with litigation, arbitration, mediation, mechanics' liens, collections and real estate transfers. I grew up in the Akron area. I currently work out of Elyria, Akron and Cleveland and I live in Elyria. I enjoy helping people solve their legal problems and I am very good at what I do. I believe in lots of communication, which helps to set me apart from many other attorneys. I am a lawyer that believes in my clients and my clients believe in me.

Who I'd like to meet:

Owners, contractors, subcontractors or material suppliers who are having issues with construction projects and need assistance resolving disputes or protecting their mechanics' lien rights; business people who have problems with enforcing their contracts or collecting their open accounts; business owners who need assistance with purchase order terms and conditions; individuals who may need help with estate planning needs.

i dont kno it honestly depends. Definently the Free thinkers on concil but to get the support of the "party puppets" might take quite a bit of work. I dont know but when times are this hard and people hare having less and less money there is more of a need for police officers. People do stupid things when times are tough and they don't have jobs and a constant cash flow. It just seems like the worst posible thing to do right now, especially since it isn't even needed.
When people put friendships over the need and the safety of people it just really upsets me and if the concil members actually think for the well being of the people they are supposed to be taking care of then this wouldn't even be a problem!
