My name is Christopher Eddy, the Dragon Chef. I am currently a chef at Roy's Hawaiian Fusion in Downtown L.A. I am a graduate from the California School of Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. I have also worked at Yi Cuisine in Los Angeles, Umenohana of Beverly Hills, Patina Catering and Wolfgang Puck Catering. I am currently trying to specialize in Asian cuisine and am planning on opening my own restaurant within the next 5 years. One of my goals in life is to highlight Asain food and culture to create better understanding. I want to expose Americans to the variety and flavors of the different Asian foods and cultures.
