background-color: transparent;For years my brother Jon and I have been looking for something more in the music scene. We knew we had the talent and the right resources but it was all a matter of what to do with what we had. During this time, my brother and I recorded various demos and cover songs to try and get a feel for what we wanted to offer. One of the first things we started to work on was building a following out of the college community. During this time we started looking for musicians to support our idea.
We've had a horn section, string section, background singers, and even dancers. With all of this experimentation, we wanted to become something more to the college music scene. Being a band that doesn't play The Beatles, The Who, Pearl Jam, Big and Rich, Nirvana and All-American Rejects was something that most students were not familiar with. There aren't enough bands with young performers performing something primarily from the Top 40 chart. Soon, we began working on a set list that could be compared to a song list on an FM station. A set list without any breaks and all music keeps the crowd interested and that is what we wanted. How many bands will perform Usher, Justin Timberlake, Maroon 5, John Legend, Chris Brown, Kanye West, Ne-Yo, and Snoop Dogg all in the same set. These are some of the things that will make Blu-Print the next best thing when it comes to live pop performance. See you at the show!

Hey guys, great show at Sam Maguires a few weeks ago. My birthday is October 9th and I am celebrating at Daddios and I see you guys have a show there that night. I'm excited :-) Song suggestion: it would be cool if you guys learned "Walking on the Moon" by the Dream and Kanye. Maybe perform it on October 9th? haha
