About me: I recently moved back to Seattle after a long long stint in the wilderness (described on maps as "Montana"). While in Montana I picked up a BS in Earth Sciences with a focus on Paleontology, and the best guy on this planet (and several others I know about). I just turned thirty, and I'm somewhat aimless concerning the future. I'm a pretty laid back guy generally. I enjoy the outdoors, movies, politics, paleontology, evolution, astronomy, vexillography, and smart people. Essentially: I'm a huge nerd and I'm rather proud of it.
I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)
Who I'd like to meet: Cool kids around the world, specifically in the Seattle area but anywhere else is cool. If you like fossils, evolutionary biology, or both you get two gold stars!
Tonight is the night! As promised, here's your reminder to watch me make a fool of myself on ABC's hit show WipeOut this evening. Watch for me starting at 8pm (7pm central) on your local ABC channel!!!
I'm way more of a FaceBook person now, too... Click my badge below and add me on facebook!
A stereopair? I had to look it up and I still could not find a good explanation in my half assed attempt. It is a photo of two photos that are connected, like from a print out from a slide.
Do you know the story of Cupid & Pysche? Nutshell version: Greek broad catches the eye of minor Greek God, is betrothed to him and lives in his palace but is never allowed to actually see him. She feels him sleeping next to her and is allowed to speak to him in the dark of night, but that's it. She finally gets sick of this and turns on a light (well, the ancient Greek version of one I guess), and this makes him vanish and gets her kicked out of the palace forever.
