Hello Blackhearts! While Facebook seems to be the "new" Myspace, the plan is to use this profile as Justine's website with updates on her career.

Justine Valdez has been living in Los Angeles for six years and currently resides in Hollywood, California. Justine made her debut at The Glendale Centre Theatre in February 2009 in THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL and because she had such an amazing experience, she returned in the summer to cut loose in FOOTLOOSE. Ms. Valdez keeps an active schedule by assisting with children's art classes and giving tours to elementary students at The Los Angeles County Museum of Art. She also works as a Studio Guide at Universal Studios-Hollywood giving public and private VIP tours of the Universal movie studio lot. Recently, landed the position as a tour guide at the iconic Kodak Theatre- home to The Academy Awards.

She is a San Diego native who has performed all throughout the community including the Old Globe, La Jolla Playhouse, San Diego Repertory Theatre, Teatro Mascara Magica, Coronado Playhouse and at professional sporting events as a solo performer singing the National Anthem.

Justine made her theatrical debut in the Los Angeles world-premiere musical calledZANNA DON’T! playing the comical "mean girl" role of Candi McCallister at West Coast Ensemble. The show recieved three nominations at the 2007 Ovation Awards and won Best Ensemble and Direction at the 2007 Los Angeles Drama Critic's Circle Awards.

She is also a proud graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts where she performed in various productions, but her favorite will always be Sondheim’s A Little Night Music as Desiree Armfeldt.

Justine is currently a part of a work in progress rock opera as the title character in MATREYA: Return of the Dark Goddess.

In her spare time, she is finalizing the script for her one woman show on Liza Minnelli called Just Like…Liza!
