    Arron,
    We are truly sorry your mother lost her land. Just remember that she lost it, no one took it from her, especially the Penningtons. As they have told me repeatedly, I'f Debby would have asked for help when she knew the taxes were due they would have come to an arrangement with her to help her. Richard and Rita were scared to death about losing their homeplace, where Cheyene was born and raised. When they found out Darryl owned the land they reached a deal for their property which they lived on and took care of. Can you blame them? I would have done the same thing, and so would you. I can tell you that the only things that have been burned is old moldy clothes and magazines and such, nothing "personal" was burned. I also want you to know that they were told to burn the stuff in the garage and bus by Darryl so that it would be easier to haul away and clean the garage for his use. So as you see they were only doing something to please the new land owner as they did when your mom owned the land.
