About me: just a lady living in the north..content to walk the dog, swim in lakes, bicycle on the road while looking for bears and smelling the clover, plant flowers, water flowers, read books, pluck away on the guitar from time to time..
Who I'd like to meet: old friends who have fallen through the cracks..passionate souls..
I hope you beat them all...You must be on spring, er, March break. I have a holiday at the end of the month. I am not sure exactly what I am doing, but thinking of a hiking trip along the Mediterranean.
Say hi to the miracle boys if you see them. enjoy the east coast...it is funny how happiness in a place can shift the longer you stay there. I am loving Istanbul lately. Funny.
I'm glad it served you well...I use it to remind Brooke that there actually IS something to eat when she stands with her head in the fridge saying "there's nothing to eat mom".
I see you like Electrelane! It is moody and sweet - just like life seems to be for me this year. I just wanted to let you know that if you are headed back to Halifax, I think Cleo will be there too...Hope you are happy in the darkness of January.
Hey Heather!
I didn't recognise you at first from Kathy's space, but after looking at your site...I finally see!
We are merely associated by the 'ol church days and our mothers singing in choirs...let those days be gone.
Yukon huh? Why? and give us some snow would ya!
We don't really get a holiday this week since we are in an Islamic country. We are going to central Turkey for the weekend with my parents. There is snow there and a small Christian community, which decorates for the season. In another week, we are on holiday...not sure. I was playing with going to India but it is not coming together. There also cheap flights to New York... we have two weeks so we really should do something. Regardless, I hope you are warm and cozy in that wild Yukon. Happy holidays!!!
Yes, I plan to be in Halifax in July. It may be the middle of July though. I want to go to Greece for 10 days before returning to Canada. Want to join me?
Hey Hot stuff, I can't even begin to imagine how long it's been! Speak for yourself I haven't aged a bit! Lol. I'm glad to see you're doing well, and still as beautiful as ever. So, way up in the Yukon, and still surfin very nice. We're going to have to catch each other up one of these days.
Oh my goodness...It's the Pocket Rocket!! Looks like things are going well (even if on the cold side:)It so very nice to hear from you. It's been far too long. I bet you make a fantastic teacher...lucky kids!
Love to you and make sure you visit next time you come eastward.
