About me: Last Updated: March.
I’m a super-senior at UC Riverside, and I get to graduate in June! I went to Hemet High, and spent two years at MSJC. I’m a political science major (because it’s so easy for me) and pre-optometry. I plan on taking the OAT in August, and begin applying to schools a little before that. I want to go to SCCO in Fullerton. During my application year, I plan to take the year long series of Anatomy and Phis. back at MSJC, plus psych and business classes. I have much prior experience in the field of politics, yet refrain from that career path. I am proud to be an EMT, and relish the opportunities to use my skills. I also have a passion for water polo, and now basketball (plus, go Celtics!). Every now and then, it gets the better of me, and I take up coaching or playing again. Unfortunately, it takes a high level of physical fitness to stay competitive in water polo. One of my most important activities is my participation in the youth ministry at my Catholic church. I am part of the Core team consisting of other college age leaders, whom have become my closest friends. That brings me to my core-member girlfriend, Jena. She is amazing. Beautiful, talented, compassionate, intelligent,…I am so jealous of myself. To continue, I am still at the age of discovery, constantly searching for new opportunities, interests, and hobbies. It is my dream to someday affect change in the world, to make my mark upon the populous. My political experience has shown me how possible that is, I’m only now beginning on that journey, doing it my own way.
And I can't wait to start practicing medicine!
no, more like sun tans. i don't bother to paint my nails since i'm always training. i don't like sleep overs but i do like get- to- gether's. i've been trying to get a hold of this lady who can draw with henna dye. but she's not very easy to find. i would do it myself but my drawings always turn into blobs
haha fun. i got sidetracked a little but i'm taking a bird biology class so i'm not completely sidetracked. i still need to study more for that though. for fun i've just been chillin' doing girly things.
Congratulations!!! I'm so proud of you!!! Optometry School??? That's a great field for you to go into and continue your missionary work too! I worked with an optometrist in Mexico my first year abroad :) Soon you'll be a Doctor! :)
