| General | Movies are my biggest interest. I'd like to be a screenwriter some day. Loads of ideas and dialogue fall out of my head every day and I lack the time and energy to write them out.
Also, I enjoy a good workout and try to get one in at least every other day.

About me:

Born in Saskatoon SASK, I was moved here as an infant with my family for the big gold mine industry. We stayed here in the wake of its collapse and found other things to do. I went through my entire school career as a northerner, lazily, but effectively.
I then decided to take a year off from school to work. Four years later, I've found a job that pays well enough and (most importantly) I find rewarding enough to seriously consider it as a career.
In my summer months, I'm fairly active, spending a lot of time out of the house, hanging out with my dear friends. In the fall, however, the bastards all go down south for school, leaving me virtually alone for 8 months of the year. I generally keep to myself during these months, but have been stepping out a bit this year due to the fact that I finally have a few coworkers that are my own damn age to hang out with on my time off.
I'm very close to my family; spending a lot of my off-time babysitting my two infant nephews or at least helping out my sister so that she can watch them herself. I also have four foster brothers that drive me bat-shit crazy, but I love them just the same.

Who I'd like to meet:
Mainly, I'm looking for fun, interesting people to hang out with. Like anyone though, I do hope to find that connection with a special someone. My sense of humour is a little dry and sarcastic, but underneath that gruff front, I'm a sweet and honest person.
I'd like to meet people who have a similar sense of humour, or who can at least shrug it off as a quirk of mine. Intelligence is also a very attractive quality to me, so someone with opinions on subjects bigger then this cold, lonely city I could never let go of.
