And I really do mean that. For the most part, even if I don't like it, it's tolerable at low levels. I know that is a pretty typical list of movies, but they're honestly movies I can and have watched over and over again. | | Television | Left to my own devices, I don't watch much TV. But being married, that doesn't happen much. For lack of anything better to do, we watch The Simpsons, Futurama, Family Guy, The Fairly Odd Parents, and pretty much anything on the Discovery and National Geographic channels. And Saturday morning cartoons. We're dorks. I know | | Books | Books are wonderful. My favorite is The Little Prince. Now I'd rather not stretch this out by listing other books I like, as it would go on and on for ages, but I generally enjoy fantasty, sci-fi, and historical fiction. Every so often, I'll jump into non-fiction books like The Peculiar Institution and enjoy them immensely; most non-fiction books tend to be a bit dry, though, and I'm really fond of a well told story. | | Heroes | I have no heros, only inspirations. About me:
My name is Melissa. I'm 21 years old. Married with 4 (furry) kids. *nods sagely* Also, I think you smell like pee :)
No, but really... I am the master of fucking things up. This happens to be because I'm incredibly difficult to please. No, wait, that's not true; Michael does it every day. I work as a dog daycare attendant, with plans to enroll in TMCC at some point. Not that my job will pay for that any time soon. That's really not the point, though. The point was that I've finally gotten my life back together and I'm really happy. Things aren't perfect, but I couldn't ask for any more than what I've been blessed with. That basically means that I can't be a great friend to many people right now because I'm busy with the kids and married life. You can try, but you might have to ask me again later. Until then? Well, you have a lot of other friends, right?

Who I'd like to meet:
People who know how to have fun and aren't easily offended. (Apparently, some people think I'm a bitch, and who am I to argue with the masses?) Similarly, you shouldn't need me to entertain you constantly, nor expect my attention 24/7. Bonus points to anyone who picks up on the fact that I'm absolutely wonderful and most people are not-as-cool versions of me. You'll grow to understand and either love or hate that. I promise.
