About me:

Well so it seems the holiday season is right around the corner..WOW!! Time flies is all I can say. I can believe it's been a year since I left Ohio. It feels like a life time. I am happy to say that Derek & I celebrate our 1 year anniversary tomorrow!! Oct 25, 2009!!!!! This past year has been the best & worst of my life. I reconnected with the most amazing man I have ever met. He has helped me & my children put some of the worst times we have had behind us. He has allowed me to kick, scream, cry and even ask why as he has guided me through with honesty and the hard cold truth. Which I might add wasnt always easy to swallow. Yet he has been there through some tough things this year and never faltered. I just hope he knows how much I love him. I couldnt have asked for a better man to come into our lives. I hope he knows how much he means to me. I know I can make it through the toughst of situations as long as I have him by my side. He is my strength when I am weak, he is my shelter from the roughest weather, he is my Best friend & my Lover. I love you Derek with all my heart! Thank you for everything & I look forward to the rest of our lives together. You truly are 1 of a kind! As for Sammie she is learning the choices she makes today can come back to bite her in the ass tomorrow. Lifes lessons are not easy lessons to learn. However, they are what make us stronger people in the end. Learn from your mistakes. Next time look before you leap becuz we may not be there to pick you up. I love you and only want the best for you. I cant make the choices in your life for you anymore it is time now that you start using the skills you have learned throughout your life and do the right things. No one can do this for you. Remember we will always love you but it doesnt mean we will alway like you or the choices you make. Sara, Brandon & Christopher are doing GREAT! I cant believe he is already 3 months old!! I get pictures of him all the time and he is so adorable. Brandon is working, Sara is going to school & they get their own apartment soon YAY for them!!! I am so happy & excited for them & even more proud!! Tim as he now likes to be called has made us so very very proud. He has kept his grades up for the 1st time ever. YAY!! He plays football for his HS - GO MALC PATRIOTS!!! He turns 15 in March OMG one more year & he will be driving. He is starting to look towards his future & from what I understand the Army Recruiter will be paying us a visit soon. WOAH! Not sure Im ready for that however I support him 100% in whatever he does. He is far from inoocent I know but I am hoping he dosnt make me a grandma again anytime soon...WRAP IT UP BOY!!!! I love you & I cant wait to see you graduate!! Wow!! Where has the time gone...before I know it they will all have their own families & careers. I sometimes miss them being little however I am proud of who they have grown up to be. I am finally happy in every way.... I am not looking forward to the lose of my Mother in law. She is one amazing woman & I will miss her when that day comes but until that day I am going to enjoy what time we have left and not dwell on the inevitable. I am just glad that I was lucky enough to call her mom in my lifetime! All in all this year has turned out to be an amazing ride!
