| General | My adorable little girl and her loving mother, Music that stirs the soul and jump starts the loins, Volleyball, Card games, Hiking in the forest while whistling a tune, bonfires at the beach and tossing a few back with pals.
And trying to find suburbia interesting but man I miss NYC. | | Music | From Aztec Camera to A Tribe Called Quest, Love and Rockets to Lee Hazlewood, Cash to the Clash, The The to the The Who... my tastes range far and wide. Best way to catagorize favorites would be the blocks of albums or cds (for the wax challenged) within one's collection. Which would include Bauhaus, Beatles, Bowie, the Cure, Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, Eno, New Order, Roxy Music, Siouxsie and the Banshees, U2. I like to sing a song every now and then and do so regularly with the UGCofNYC (www.ugcofnyc.org) You got a good band I can check out.. lemmie hear it! | | Movies | Apocalypse Now, The Shining, Empire Strikes Back, The Big Labowski, Blade Runner, Blues Brothers, Bridge Over the River Kwai, Blazing Saddles, Seven Samurai, A Hard Day's Night.. .. Oh and Lorenzo's Oil.. sorry any movie that makes a grown man tear up like that has to be mentioned. OK back to movies with sack.. The Quiet Man, LOTR (solid job mr. Jackson) The Wall, Akira among others... | | Television | DEAL or NO DEAL! not only is it fascinating to watch Howie Mandel and his Obsessive Compulsive self attempt to refrain from touching the contestants but to watch people refuse HUGE amounts of FREE money only to have it taken away by their own greed is truly entertaining.
And I have to keep watching to ultimately decide which is my favorite number.. I think its down to ..4 and ..12. More research is needed though. | | Books | C.S. Lewis, Tolkein, Oscar Wilde, R.A.
