There really isn't much to me. I'm from Palau, I love my job, I have a really awesome boyfriend, and I am obsessed with making flower pens. I'm here on myspace to keep in touch with my friends and family. So I don't really respond to friends requests or messages unless compelled.
I like going to the mall, getting pedicures, watching movies, and going to the beach. I love living in Hawaii. Besides Palau, I don't see myself anywhere else. The air is clean, people are tolerable, and there is an endless row of rice at the grocery stores. Having fish at nearly every restaurant here doesn't hurt either.
peeves, loves and indecision
can't live without: A really good book. My cellphone that I never answer. My ipod. My cavernous purse. Diet Coke. Flower pens. Sunglasses. My FLATIRON. Slippers. Sugar-free Redbull. Good ahi poke. Lots of ice with my drinks.
could do without: the rain after I just straightened my hair. People who can't drive. Always having to make rice. Mondays. Work shoes. Pantyhose! Doing laundry. Spoiled milk. Mooshy rice when I finally get around to making it. Shitty service at a restaurant.
books, magazines and literature
I am so addicted to celebrity gossip magazines. I just can't get enough of them. I used to read the other mags like Cosmo and Glamour but now I feel too old to look through them.
I am currently reading Christopher Moore's rendition on Jesus through his childhood friend Biff. It's hilarious. I wish I had more time to sit down and read it. I loved Arthur Golden's "Memoirs of a Geisha" book. I really liked reading "The Memory Keeper's Daughter" - fantastically sad and tragic.
movies, television and reality shows
It's all Will's fault but I am really into Rob & Big. I think Lauren should be nicer to Audrina and make up with Heidi. I am a faithful follower and text voter of the Jabbawockeez. I think Flav should just give up and take care of his 30 kids. I really thought Bobby was the right person for Tila Tequila. I am really sick of watching marathons of American's Next Top Model.
I really love the Food Network and the E! Channel. I'm also really into home improvement shows. Every now and then I like watching Dirty Jobs. Mike Rowe is so funny!
I just saw "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" - it was funny but some of things about Hawaii was a little offensive. Other than that I can't wait for "Wanted" to come out. That looks real good. And sure, I'd be really inclined to watch the Sex and the City movie. I wish I saw "27 Dresses" but I'm not fond of wedding themed and old spinster movies. Chick flicks should not be just about things like that.
