Now I just listen to NPR. (National Public Radio) | | Television | Don't watch it. Last shows they canceled on me - Carnivale and Dead Like Me. I loved COPS too.
Every time I got into a show, it would be canceled and I would be disappointed. So rather than keep going back to an abusive spouse, I canceled Cable. | | Books | Non-fiction, or reference manuals. I try to read a fiction book or two a year, but since most of the fun ones get made into movies, it's a great time-saver.
Favorite Authors - Stephen Covey and Lou Tice. | | Heroes | My heroes are people who I want to be. Whether they are awesome parents, successful in business, or talented in things I like to do. My heroes are real people who have simply succeeded, and I try to keep people like that in my life. |

About me:

Wow, The school thing is better than Classmates so I suppose I should say, Hi, I'm Matthew MacDonald, class of 91-ish.
Went through the Marines, left as a Sergeant.
Went through computer consulting, left as a Yuppie.
Settled down in Kansas because I can telecommute, make good money, and live in an "Exclusive Lakeside Community", just like home. Only without the landfills and Salem Nuke plant.
Presently living as a stay-at-home dad, summer vacation is coming up, and while I still work for a living, I have finally gotten to a point where I can work from the 'beach' so to speak. Too bad there are no beaches in Kansas.
