THREE of my friends from HS are getting married in the next year so I have to get in FABULOUS shape for the bridesmaid dresses. AAHH. So I've given up eggs, meat (except fish and shrimp), cow milk, and anything with high fructose corn syrup and aspartame. I read how bad those types of sugars can be for the body and brain.
