About me:
(video provided by midnightridazz.com from tadpole rider)
Midnight Ridazz was started in Los Angeles by 8 people in February 2004. Now it has spread to Austin TX! We meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month at Donns Depot 9pm.
When someone says "Midnight Ridazz!!" You say "RIDE ON!!"
Who I'd like to meet: Anyone who loves to ride their bicycle and have fun.
That ride was out of control! How many people were there, it seemed huuuuuuuge compared to the last couple I went on, but I hadn't been in a couple months. Any more pools get broken into after the Star bar?
Those pictures are freaking awesome! I'm so bummed I missed this ride, but the Full Moon Cruise and only 2 hours of sleep after completely killed me. I need more hours so I can go on more rides...
hey how are you doing? your page is looking slick! but anyways, i just got some sweet new tones from www.tonetomyphone.info for FREE! they have the tightest selection!
Also, found this on The Yellow Bike Projects Calendar.
Thursday March 28th 10am City Council Meeting - Most important meeting of the year for Bicyclists! - (All day event)
Two very important issues for bicyclists will be brought to City Council at this meeting. You can show up 3 days prior to the meeting and vote your position on the two issues or show up in person to the meeting and speak or just show your presence.
1) The presentation of the Street Smarts Task Force: The task force is proposing comprehensive improvements in infrastructure, education, and enforcement efforts in Austin that IF approved by council will be a mandate to city government to bring about these changes that will benefit all cyclists.
2) The Yellow Bike Project long term lease on City Land: YBP has been working with the city for over year to find a suitable home for our new shop once the current 51st street shop has been demolished. Our search has led us to a site at 1200 Webberville where we have been working with Public Works and Austin Energy to work out a lease. If the lease is secure YBP will build a 3000 sqft facility on the site since no building currently exist. WE NEED YOU SUPPORT AT CITY COUNCIL TO SHOW COUNCIL HOW IMPORTANT THIS ORGANIZATION IF TO AUSTIN BICYCLISTS!
