We are having our first Fundraiser for "Haunted" at Houston's Corner bar. For address and location use the link here:

We are collecting $5.00per person at the door as a free-will donation towards production and there will be two t-shirts from the film haunted for raffle and a few other prizes.
This is a small place but the fundraising will be from 7pm until at the very least 11pm.
If you want to donate more than the $5.00 that is all up to you at the door.
The free-will donations will go towards production to film the rest of "Haunted" short film due for release Fall of this year

REVISED HAUNTED PREVIEW
...Haunted is a film now in production in Kenosha, Wi and near areas...The story of “Haunted” started in 1948 with a homicide. A psychotic son by the name of Hanson (Brent Allen Caputo, Prison Break and E.R.) murdered his family and killed himself. Now in present day times, a young man by the name of Greg (Matt Romano, Outdoor Wild and Quake) is raising his little sister Samantha (Diana Penglase) and plans to visit the last of their family.
In route, Greg and Samantha find themselves in midst of a terrible car accident. Lucky for them everybody is ok, but the twist and turns that happen afterwards will unfold a legend that has kept this little town in a decade of darkness.
“Everyone has demons inside, but it’s how they control them and what they do with them that will make a difference on everyone’s lives in this little town.”

Wisconsin Beer Cheese Soup If Wisconsin has a state food, it's must be cheese. Many times I have made the short trip up to the Mars Cheese Castle in Kenosha to pick up some cheese for this project. If you miss the Midwest, just have some of this soup during a Green Bay game and you'll feel better.
12 ounces beer (nothing too dark, Miller Lite works pretty good) 8 slices bacon (about 1/2 pound) 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot 1/2 cup minced celery 1/4 cup minced sweet red pepper 1 10-1/2 ounce can condensed chicken broth 1/4 cup flour 1 cup Half and Half Coffee Creamer 3 cups shredded sharp (medium is OK) cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon sugar salt and pepper to taste
Open beer and let stand while dicing vegetables.
Sauté bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.
In large soup kettle, sauté vegetables in two tablespoons of bacon grease until soft. Add chicken broth. Fill chicken can with beer and add to mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Pour remaining beer into a small mixing bowl and whisk in flour. Gradually add to broth, stirring constantly, till thick. Add half and half, bacon and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
