Hello my friends,
I want to personally Thank each and everyone for their involvement with the Kenosha film Haunted.
Haunted is currently credited as being written by Brent Allen Caputo and Matt Romano with original Script credited to Matt Romano. The journey of filming haunted started on July 17th 2007 and we had some filming done this past April for an added scene. So even though there has been a time between my last email and this one I feel the wait is worth it. After losing 65% of the film during a backup session do to a power outage which resulted in this huge loss of footage(back-up drive and computer were zapped) we have managed to put much of the storyline back together and stand our ground on releasing your hard work.
As of October 13th 2009: The Haunted footage is in Post Production and all music scoring editing and special effects are being done by Zernul R. Shackelford, Supervising and Final approval is being done by Brent Allen Caputo, Release date will be set once final production is all set and done. You are on this email list therefore YOU “WILL” be the first to know when a release date is set. This is a good thing. I am sending the list of Participants in the downtown scene for you to look over and make sure your name is spelled correctly. Also if you arrived or worked with anyone onset and you do not see their names on here have them contact my and I will check the signed release forms to verify.

Please make note of that date and keep us posted on your contact updates as well as anyone else you know that has any updates. It is important to stay in contact now that Haunted is revived and on its way. Thanks again for your participation.

If you have any questions pertaining to the Haunted trailer location for viewing or any links or pages not working feel free to e-mail me and I will try my best to attend to answering you as I am able.
As for anyone waiting to view Haunted prior to this e-mail it has been not approved to show what we have so far due to the changes that would be made from post production and if we’d show the raw clips it may give a false impression good or otherwise that wouldn’t benefit the film upon release. Once post production is complete I will be sending out an email such as this to you..
The latest Darker more mysterious Haunted Trailer is currently being aired on TV14 for the month of October 2009 and occasionally in November 2009.

Who I'd like to meet: Well it's been some time and Haunted is on it's way towards the release date of October 2009.
As of July 26th 2009 Haunted darker more mysterious teaser trailer is scheduled to be seen on the BIG SCREEN on August 20th 2009.

Wisconsin Beer Cheese Soup If Wisconsin has a state food, it's must be cheese. Many times I have made the short trip up to the Mars Cheese Castle in Kenosha to pick up some cheese for this project. If you miss the Midwest, just have some of this soup during a Green Bay game and you'll feel better.
12 ounces beer (nothing too dark, Miller Lite works pretty good) 8 slices bacon (about 1/2 pound) 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot 1/2 cup minced celery 1/4 cup minced sweet red pepper 1 10-1/2 ounce can condensed chicken broth 1/4 cup flour 1 cup Half and Half Coffee Creamer 3 cups shredded sharp (medium is OK) cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon sugar salt and pepper to taste
Open beer and let stand while dicing vegetables.
Sauté bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.
In large soup kettle, sauté vegetables in two tablespoons of bacon grease until soft. Add chicken broth. Fill chicken can with beer and add to mixture. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Pour remaining beer into a small mixing bowl and whisk in flour. Gradually add to broth, stirring constantly, till thick. Add half and half, bacon and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Stir in sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
