I finished my training week at Perkins (it's a center for behavioral kids). Had to take restraint training and all that stuff. Starting at the end of next week and will get my first check in two. Hey, I've had a rough couple of weeks....... NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT YOU GO THROUGH I'M SURE! It's just given me perspective on this Whiny-Ass World we live in. I was actually thinking of you..... I just want others to get over their petty shit when you deal with real issues ALL THE TIME! This is only a week or so for me but my mother whines and pretty much has the world by the balls right now.
AS TO YOUR QUESTION.... All you can do is put what little energy you have into keeping yourself as helthy as possible. Searching for the best ways to keep yourself out of the RED ZONE... for you THE HOSPITAL. Being Mindful of what you eat and how much water you drink makes a big difference on how your body functions. A BOOK THAT CHANGED MANY OF MY HABITS was "THE CURE" by dr. Timothy Brantley. It won't cure you, but it might help more than you know. He explains how the body works and why it needs the things it does.... Oh, and how all the processed shit we eat works against us.
It pretty much comes down to: Do we want to feed the Diseases OR NURTURE OUR BODIES!
