My heart and mind is coherently focus on being Christ-like and zealously seeking after the things from above for the New Heaven and the New World--nothing more, nothing less that I desire for in this old system of things
About me: First priority of life: developing myself and others to a closer relationship with God, through Jesus Christ within my ministry at (CBC) Houston. Perhaps, one day I can be at a level of going to other countries on Christian Missionary Trips. The Holy Spirit will be my compass and guidance on this.
Secondary part of life: dedicating time aside for volunteer work, going back to school to be more of a nerd, and spending time with family/friends.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Will I die old alone? The answer to this is probaby a high yes. Why? I don't care for companionship. Too much pain involved in the process. The chances of me living a life like a nun is most ideal for me now.
So, for those who are lucky enough to find true love, cherish it. Marriage was not made for everyone. It certainly wasn't made for me. All in all, thanks but no thanks.
If I ever come off too friendly, then more than likely it is what it is, simply friendly. Take it with a grain of salt and don't read too much into it.
Do I sound bitter, cold, and aloof? Maybe, but I'm just keeping it real.
I am active in my Christian Ministry of 2009 in the "Great Commission" works and committing my complete mind and heart toward my walk with God, through Christ and to volunteer my time in helping the sighing, the dying, and the ones who earnestly seek after the Kingdom of God. My primary focus is going on this narrow path toward God's Kingdom; nothing more, nothing less that I desire for in this World. The old me is dead and gone--The new me lies in God and Jesus Christ alone. I was born in Kieng Giang, Vietnam but raised in Houston, TX at the age of 1. Going through the roller coaster of life, evidently, I am not who I was and I will never be; nor will I look back. I just look forward toward the future because the, "utmost best" is not what lies behind me but it is what lies before me. I shall rise above from yesterday, to be a step closer toward God's Kingdom and to full-fill the Great Commision of tomorrow, the "Only and Ultimate," journey left that I desire and endure. For everything else, I deem it all, as lost forever without regrets or turning back. With that being said, welcome. Shall we learn together what God's will has in store for us as the days of our time, is drawing near? My main purpose of living is to serve the Lord and to lead a righteous life in its own impurities and injusticeness. I hope to one day, live to make a difference in the Glory of God and see the Gateway to Heaven. Last but not least, I like to update on www.facebook.com, www.xanga.com/yet_still_learning, and of course here. My Favorite Bible Scriptures: "In all your ways acknowlege Him, and He shall direct your path." (Proverbs 3:6)and (1 Corinthians 7:27-35)
27
Are you bound to a wife? Do not seek a separation. Are you free of a wife? Then do not look for a wife.
28
If you marry, however, you do not sin, nor does an unmarried woman sin if she marries; but such people will experience affliction in their earthly life, and I would like to spare you that.
29
I tell you, brothers, the time is running out. From now on, let those having wives act as not having them,
30
those weeping as not weeping, those rejoicing as not rejoicing, those buying as not owning,
31
those using the world as not using it fully. For the world in its present form is passing away.
32
I should like you to be free of anxieties. An unmarried man is anxious about the things of the Lord, how he may please the Lord.
33
But a married man is anxious about the things of the world, how he may please his wife,
34
and he is divided. An unmarried woman or a virgin is anxious about the things of the Lord, so that she may be holy in both body and spirit. A married woman, on the other hand, is anxious about the things of the world, how she may please her husband.
35
I am telling you this for your own benefit, not to impose a restraint upon you, but for the sake of propriety and adherence to the Lord without distraction.
Hey everyone, This is your Brother in the Lord, sending out some encouragement to all the true worshippers! I pray that you all find peace in the busy days and rest in the slow ones.
