I'm protective of my friends and sometimes overstep my bounds. I'm working on it -- tell me, and I'll back off. The worst way to insult me is to turn your back on me without telling me why. I'm brutally honest with people and that tends to get me in trouble. No one wants to hear the truth anymore -- they all want it sugar-coated to protect their egos. I tend to be intense in my emotions and opinions, but that's just me and as long as you don't take me seriously, no one gets hurt. lol

I do volunteer work with an animal rescue group as a Home Care Foster mom (among other things), helping rescued cats find their way to health, trust and their new homes.
