My attention to detail, confidence, sense of order, and focus on functionality combine to make me an ANALYST. I am very curious about how things work, delving into the mechanics behind things. Along those lines, how well something works is usually more important to me than what it looks like. I find beauty and wonder mainly in concrete, functional, earthly things. I am very aware of my own abilities, and I believe that I will find the best way of doing things. Accordingly, problems do not intimidate me, as I believe in myself. I trust myself to find solutions within the boundaries of my knowledge. I don't spend a lot of time imagining how things could be different I am well-grounded in the here and now. It is important for me to follow a routine, and I prefer the familiar to the unknown. My independent streak allows me to make decisions efficiently and to trust my instincts. I am balanced in my approach to problem solving, not letting my emotions hold me up. I prefer to have time to plan for things, feeling better with a schedule than with keeping plans up in the air until the last minute. The control I feel over my life is empowering to me.I believe in my abilities and acknowledge my shortcomings. Explanations of the world that focus on destiny or fate don't really interest me. I take responsibility for what goes wrong in my life, and also for what goes well. I am a great person to interact with—understanding, giving, and trusting—in a word, BENEVOLENT I don't mind being in social situations, as I feel comfortable enough with people to be myself. My caring nature goes beyond a basic concern: I take the time to understand the nuances of people's situations before passing any sort of judgment. I am a good listener, and even better at offering advice. My concerned with others at both an individual and societal level. I sympathize with the plights of troubled groups, and I can care about people I've never met. Considering many different perspectives is something at which I excel, and I appreciate that quality in others. Other people's feelings are important to me, and I am good at mediating disputes. Because of my understanding and patience, I tend to bring out the best in people.
