Long-winded, ever-growing description of things I like about myself follows:

I'm a total geek of technology, music, movies and motorcycling. I sit at the end of piers and watch the waves come in. I go up to Fullerton and watch trains go by. I'm completely fascinated by mechanical things. I fixed my parents' and grandparents' cuckoo clocks at age 8. Standardized tests have said I'm a genius, but you won't feel dumb talking to me. I don't give a damn "what" I am, but am proud of who I am, and look forward to who I'll become. I couldn't care less "what" you are, only your character determines my opinion of you. I wish more people would figure that last one out. I'm beginning to realize I'm too nice a guy for most people to deserve, and I hate that. I have little tolerance for ignorance. I have a great deal of tolerance for most everything else. Racism is one of the highest forms of ignorance. Same goes with most "-isms." Religion is a bunch of really good ideas that people completely fucked up by building a belief system around them. I need to learn Spanish, and ..want to.. am learning Mandarin. After learning those two, I might be motivated to learn the rest. My goofiness belies my wisdom. If I can't laugh at it, it is a real problem. I'm easily annoyed, but hard to anger. I'm such a cynic, I look both ways before crossing a one-way street. If I am in a rotten mood, I'll still look a clerk in the eye and smile.
