My interest in cooking and music still remain. But, I've rekindled my interest in photography as well as print media. I use a Olympus E500 camera right now, and print pics on a Canon Pro9000 wide format photo printer. The next year will be spent upgrading my camera.
I also enjoy computers, web design, video games, Dungeons & Dragons, and MMO's. I primarily play Eve Online -- my character is Kern Sybal, an industrialist and miner. I mix up my MMO's a bit so I don't get burnt out -- I also like EQ2, SWG, LoTRO, and DDO. If that isn't enough to qualify me as an official geek, I'm also thinking about getting a job at Geek Squad or Fire Dog, installing video cards and removing computer viruses for the multitude of idiots out there who can operate a computer, but have absolutely no idea what they are doing ;-). I'll probably be upgrading the computer in the next year.
As for physical activity, I'm getting reinvolved in swimming.

Movies
To be honest, there are not many movies I really enjoy.
The last really good movie I saw was Pan's Labyrinth, despite a couple of intensely violent scenes.
Don't get me wrong I like movies, but I don't care to go to the theaters to see something like Ironman. I'll buy it six months later.
As for genres, I enjoy sci-fi, fantasy, horror (fantastic horror, not splatter films like Hostel), and anything a little different/odd/not quite so mainstream.
Television
These are easy -- Family Guy, The Office, Robot Chicken, ATHF, Star Trek Next Gen, Star Trek Voyager, Sealabia,
Books
I haven't read much fiction lately. But I have quite a collection of Photoshop, InDesign, and photography books.
As for fiction, I'm partial to fantasy, particularly Robert Jordan. Other writers include Larry Niven, David Eddings, and Terry Brooks.
About me: I've promised many that I would take the time to actually update my profile. Well, here you are. Apologies for my tardiness.
Peter (my partner) and I have been in Florida for over two years now, and despite my allergies we both enjoy the climate, not to mention access to beaches and the seafood.
I attended a semster at the community college here in Panama City, Gulf Coast Community College, and took a variety of art and design courses.
We bought our house in February 2007 and have been working on it since then. We have four cats, and will probably get a dog when we get our privacy fence built.
I'm not working right now, and haven't been for the last couple of years. Peter's career path has been good, but it has required us to move a lot. I will probably be looking for some work for this summer and fall. However, I pride myself on taking care of the house and completing projects to better it.
hey Heath.. I am about to start school again. I think I am crazy. 17 hours and I may add another class. yikes. I hope you are doing well and not getting too much sun.
Have you ever wondered why they bother to put the calorie content of a serving of cereal with milk on the label? It has to be subliminal advertising by the dairy folk. (Jedi Mind Trick) You cannot eat cereal without milk........ It makes as much sense as magic mirror marshmallows in lucky charms cereal. The "magic" is that they'll put fat on your ass so you won't want to look in a mirror. Interesting world.
