This page for me is a little cove I am creating for myself to touch on all of my interests and loves. My space. I guess you could say, "I am a Jack of all, master of none!". And I could let that bring me down, but I choose to use this fact as a window to view all my colorful layers. What the experts loosely call this phenomenon is ADD. I thought that was funny, anyhoo-starting with most recent, I just got off the boat "SS experience of my life"-SURVIVOR.
I am a personal trainer. I feel like I have the greatest job in the world. I get to show up for people who make the choice everyday to show up for themselves. I feel blessed in being a catalyst in someone's life for a positive shift they are desiring. And all BS aside, I sort of get to have a God complex-when someone has a physical goal to attain, and I assist them in achieving that goal....I get praised, and that my friend, never gets old.
I've been floating through this beautiful world for quite some time now. However, it all started in Channelview Texas. I grew up listening to oldies in the garage with my dad. I also loved the electric, synthesized sounds of the 80's. I have no idea where any of that brings me now. I love music, I love to write and compose, it is actually healing for me. I dont have answers for "what is music?". I just know what music is to me. Music is the voice for my thoughts, no matter how good or bad. Music is my reprieve from myself and this bubble that I live in. Music is my lover. Music is a puppy's breath. Music is all things grand.
