You shouldn't feel worthless, it's a huge change that takes time to get used to. I felt like that when I had my first one too. My b/f worked a lot so I was home alone with him most of the time. Around 6 weeks when he starts to smile at you, it'll make all the struggle and sleepless nights worth it.
I feel for you, Amanda. It's hard being a mom period, and you're doing it all alone. The first year is the hardest, don't worry it really does fly by. Do you have your mom around to help you out sometimes?
