Last year my youngest brother, David, was diagnosed with Juvenile Onset Huntington's Disease (HD). HD is a hereditary neurological brain disorder. HD is a very debilitating disease that robs the individual the ability to walk, talk, eat, and make rational decisions. At this time, there is no way to stop or reverse the course of HD. No treatments available to limit the effects of the disease, but there is HOPE for the future. There are many studies at this time that show huge promise for finding a cure for HD. Team Taunton is working hard to build awareness and raise funds to benefit research initiatives, clinical care resources, and support services for individuals affected by HD.
On Saturday, October 11, 2008, TEAM ZARCONE SALON will be participating in the first ever HDSA's Walk for Team Hope National Campaign in FRESNO, CA to raise money for HD. Team Zarcone Salon welcomes your donations in addition to your support and prayers. We also invite you to walk with us! Please visit
Donating through this site is simple, fast, and secure or you can mail your donation in the form of a check to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America and sent to me at 308 E. Bullard Ave. Fresno, CA 93710. Online is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts. Many thanks for your support and don't forget to pass this along to anyone you think might want to donate too!
Thank you all so very much for considering sponsoring ALL of us for the walk. Please continue to pray for David and our family. God is so good to us, loves us tremendously and in him there is always HOPE!
Sincerely, Kiley Taunton Team Zarcone Salon & The Taunton Family
Hey Matt ... I'm not one for leaving comments, BUT ... considering you're only miles away from me I figure I'd better in the event I bump into you somewhere!

Hey... I just wanted to drop in on everyone's pages to disturb the natural balance of things.
I didn't feel like I was fitting in with the typical myspacers, so I thought I should leave comments to help me conform.
So... Thanks for the add! UR SO HOT! HiT mE uP wItH a CoMmEnt! Check out my page! Yadda yadda yadda...
And for the icing on the cake...
(I know picture comments are cheesy, but then again, does it seem like I care about my image...? Note: Apparently not.)
Yay! Now I'm an official myspacer!
Thanks to my fantabulous friends here for helping me set this up.
