New Way Bar anniversary party - 74 years of slingin’ beers! If only we could look so good after so long...TCO plays second (to none!) at 9pm, so don't dilly-dally!
23130 Woodward Avenue, Ferndale Saturday, May 9th Doors open at 8pm Cover: $5
p.s. it doesn't matter to us, but it may to you: the headliner, Orbitsuns, is the current band of half the members of the local band Sponge. They sold a trillion cd's or something...so they got that going for them, which is nice…
If you can't make tonight's Assembly Line show, there is still a chance to check out THE CHET OFFENSIVE tomorrow night at The New Way Lounge in "fabulous" Ferndale. Rockin' starts at 9pm.
Come support the auto industry through music – The Chet Offensive is scheduled to play on March 20th at AJ’s Coffee Shop in Ferndale.

WHat's up Andrew, I'm Boca Smole, the male voice of the band. THanks for the request, I'm THRILLED you dig our sound ;) If you know anyone else who might smell what we've stepped in, please send them through. Are you a Canton native? I went to Central Middle school. Anyhwho, thanks again, type to you soon, Boca
Hey Andrew, Thanks for the add and for checking out my tunes. I know, I need to get on Facebook - I will, just haven't had time, but it's on my list of things to do and you'll be my first Facebook request! How are you? Would love to do some tunes with you.
Few local bands can express the feel of Detroit area life like the Chet offensive can. The band’s energetic shows have struck a chord with local audiences, often leaving them cheering for more. Consisting of Michael Chetcuti (vocals) Bob Sampson (guitar) Brian Logsdon (drums) and Gustav Hoffman (bass), the band has collectively hammered out a slew of originals covering vast musical territory which can best be categorized as “BluesPunkaSurfBilly”. Angst over the spiraling state of Michigan’s economy can be heard in the bands first original song “The Motor City Threw a Rod”. Mass suburbanization and America’s homogeneous strip mall culture is thoroughly trashed on “Tear it Down and Go”. Lighter themes are explored in the straight ahead rocker “Calumet City” and the cosmically grooved out “Gutter Getter”. “Virginia” is the band’s signature twang-ed out rockabilly crowd pleaser.
