About me:
My name is Joe Rossi. I am the creator and producer of an outdoor hunting and fishing program called Joe's Wildside Adventures. I travel all over the Western Hemisphere to exotic hunting and fishing destinations. As a part of my show i include a cooking segment which i call Cooking on the Wildside with Joe Rossi that demonstrates the preparation and a gourmet approach to wild fish and game.
