Books
OMG, I have fourteen bookcases that are seven feet tall, and all my books are lined by 3 tiers, plus I have six, five foot bookcases, that should tell you something, but to name a few, well my all time favorite book is "A Tale of Two Cities," of course, I read poetry, fiction, horror, thrillers, mystery, sci-fi, romance, comedy, Shakespeare, but if you want a few authors names, here goes, Nelson DeMille, James Patterson, John Grisham, Dean Koontz, Stephen King, James Rollins, Anne Rice, Nicholas Sparks, Heather Graham, Michael Crichton, Mary Higgins Clark, Suzanne Brockman, Janet Evanovich, Lisa Scottalini, David Baladicci (sp?) Catherine Coulter, Ken Follet, Shannon Drake, Jonathan Kellerman. When I go to Borders, or Amazon, I spend some money. The good thing is I do rotate the books and donate to the libraries, or shelters. I don't only read the textbooks for my classes, which most of those are pretty friggin boring, unless it has something intersting.
Heroes
I believe it's your everyday people that are heroes. Not only our soldiers, but police officers, firemen, EMT's, grandparents, parents, spouses/partners, neighbors, friends that listen and care. In my book someone decent, honest, trustworthy are the heroes of today.

Sheesh, what to say about myself, well I'm 49 years young with the mental attitude of a 22 year old. I believe in having fun, laughing and making a difference in life. I'm back in college studying Web Design, with a minor in English. I've been married for 27 years (yes, I got married at birth - lol, not really, but married young) have two sons, one nine year old golden retriever, her name is Desert Rose, we call her Rosie. a eight month old Siberian Husky, her name is Cheyanne Dakota, but we call her Cheyanne, and three cats, Jessica, Jasmine, and White Paws; so as you can tell I love animals. I believe in protecting children, animals, and the elderly, and being considerate to others. I'm friendly, outgoing, and keep my professors on their toes. I'm a natural flirt, and always look for the positive in every situation. ..src="http://x.myspace.com/images/Messenger/im/btn_badge_sendim_sm.png" alt="Send me an IM!" border="0"> ..
