Currently, I'm 30 years old (ouch!), and I live in the eastside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I've been here for going on 11 years. I grew up in Madison, Wisconsin - went to school at Oregon High School in Oregon, Wisconsin, small school district just outside Madison. They had burger king, 1 stoplight and a prison just outside of town.
I went to University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where I got my B.S. in Engineering. Went into IT, but back in 2001, there was too many IT pros. So I pursued other interests. Sold cars for 3yrs at Russ Darrow, living on 100% commission
I'm married and have a baby boy. I'm the youngest of two brothers (and no sisters). My brother Brad also lives in Milwaukee on the eastside. He owns a couple of wine shops, called New World Wine Company, and has 3 kids of his own.
Met my wife at Rascals, a bar on the eastside of Milwaukee, just by happenstance. It was karoke night, my friend wanted to go because of Karoke, I did not care where I went. She on the other hand was just going there with a friend whose ID got lost the prior night there. Meant to be, at least that is what she tells all of our friends.
i found this video on utube of the Riverside high school riot, i'm in it for a second or 2, but it kind of sets the scene, it doesnt show the officer getting kicked in the face and breaking his nose, or the student that got tased, but still good.
Hey You! Did you ever end up going out tonight? I didnt even ATTEMPT to get a sitter because of the rain and craziness. I was scared to death just driving home from New Berlin to Franklin around 6 tonight in the rain torrents and flooding. SOOO SCARY! It's 12:45am and it's still raining, so I hope if you actually went out, you were safe, but I'd be surprised if you did. Darn it! We'll have to find another time that we can meet up to hang out...I'll keep it on the back burner. Say hi to everyone for me.
