| General | Apart from what I've just mentioned I am a guitarist, singer..songwriter, having played and written songs for over 40 years. I play in a band called, The Subterraneans, which is listed in the music section of this site.
I have a love of languages which I learn myself from various sources. I speak German, Russian, Welsh and Modern Greek, and a smattering of English!
I read books on science, religion, history...just about anything that arouses my interest. I'm not a great reader of novels as I find real life much more fascinating than a tale that someone has invented.
I am not religious, though if pressured I would say that I have the greatest respect for and a leaning towards Buddhism, Taoism and Gnostic Christianity.
My politics are definitely towards the left as I have a great sense of social justice and a desire to see the human race survive this critical stage in its history.
