About me: I live in Western Mass, an area that is stunningly beautiful and relatively uncrowded. I enjoy being outside, hiking, walking, biking...I play ice hockey year round to stay in shape.
I love to sail, and would like to pursue that more in the next few years. I have a degree in Minoan and Mayan archaeology, a passion that has remained with me all my life. I have been doing management consulting for the last 25 years, first in large organizations, now with smaller, newer companies. My kids and sailing are my passion!
I am playing guitar again after a 36 year hiatus. I had a musical life during college, playing lead guitar in a band called The Magic Mushrooms. We had a top 100 record in the Fall of 1967. Google "The Magic Mushrooms" to find out more. I am now playing Celtic/Irish music. You can find me at The Harp in North Amherst (Thurs. afternons and Fri. night), The Basement in NoHo (Thurs. night), Mass MOCA
in North Adams (Sat. lunch) and Shelburne Falls at Mocha Mayas (Sun. morning).
Yes, I have become a session junkie and love it.

Who I'd like to meet: I am looking to meet a woman who is interested in a friendship first, seeing where it leads from there, hopefully, to a long term relationship.
Would like to meet a spontaneous, fun woman, who likes herself, appreciates me for who I am, and is a genuinely nice, compassionate person. Being active and in shape for those spontaneous 5 mile hikes or bike rides.
Hey,I've been riding them since 1965! I have some of those bikes over 30 years now! Recognize the red&white one? That's the same exact bike that I rode to California with George hanging off the back .It took me 20 years to find one that was exactly the same and when I did it turned out to be from Huntington and was sold by the same dealer! It is probably only one or two numbers off in it's serial number.
HI, Ted. Thanks for the add. Glad to meet another thesession. org denizen. Come to our sessions if you ever get out of Massachusetts! See myspace page 'saratogapancelticsession' for our schedule and venues. Vonnie from 2 Bits (hammered dulcimer and piano).
