I am a former Golden gloves boxer with over 20 years of boxing experience. 2 years ago I tried out for the contender season one. I work for the New BRICK BODIES in Reisterstown. I do fitness training through the art of boxing.
If you wish to get Fit or just learn a self defense then I am your man. I am NAHF certified in plyomentrics and am a USA certified boxing coach
