About me: Who do you know? You probably are wondering why I ask. Well, I am a Real Estate Agent at Nexes Realty in Muskegon and the majority of my business comes from past clients and the people that I know. This is a question that I ask quite often. I've given this horrific, senseless happening a lot of thought and tried to make it as positive as I possibly could- because we ALL know just how angry and negative I have been known to be, especially when it comes to someone hurting my friends or family.
Troy- I believe that we all have a purpose and we are all given chances to make our lives right and when we're done- whether that's using up our chances or done with our work here- we must go. I look at me and see that I was given another chance because we all deserve it and my work isn't done. I'm so proud to say that I've realized this and know it, and am doing something about it. You'd be very proud of me right now, but I wanna talk about you... I have never in my life known anyone so unselfish, kind, accepting, and loving as you. You did what you were sent here to do and no matter how much it disgusts all of us, I can certainly see such a bright side to all of this; You did people well and good, you loved, you created life, you took care of your family, you succeeded very well in your life- even work. You did it Troy- you really lived a life that anyone can be proud to have done because not even 10% of this entire Earth can say that.
You are a good man, a good soul, and you will always be taken care of no matter where we all end up some day- whatever or wherever that may be. Good journey my friend- we will all miss you until we can meet again. Your family and friends are all blessed to have crossed your path and you've made a big difference in their world. Help keep us in line and safe bro. Best to all....

Words cannot express the sorrow and heartbreak that everyone who knew Troy is feeling after this senseless tragedy. I'm so thankful that I was one of the fortunate people to have known him and witness the love he felt for his family and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with his dear family. Troy VanderStelt will be sorely missed, but never forgotten.

Words can not explain the the meaning of loss for your loved ones and friends at this time. You have touched so many lives growing up in school, and through out the community.
