who wants to discuss television?
why even have a category called television? let's talk about something else.
i was at a winery in stillwater with my friend, bob. we tested a merlot
(pre-sideways). there were some oyster crackers on the counter next to a
bowl of what looked like oil. i dipped a cracker in the oil and ate it. i
asked the clerk,"is that oil?"
she said, "no. it's for spitting out your wine."
bob said, "sorry, we're beer drinkers."

she said, "if you let him out, he will get a taste of the outdoors and
will always want to go outside. but if you keep him inside, he will get used
to it. i want him to be an indoor cat."
that day, the kat was looking out the window at a bird. i said, "this is
not fair. how would you like it if someone decided to keep you inside all
the time?"
i let the kat out. it came back with a dead bird. the old lady next door
started complaining that the cat was eating songbirds. eventually the kat
went psycho on someone and she had to put him down.
