Salsa is where my heart is. I have a great appreciation for all music and musicians, however Salsa is where it's at for me, below you will see two videos the first one is Cuba's "Pupy y los que son son", and the second one is Herman Olivera from New York via Puerto Rico. The styles are night and day different but the passion is equal. God bless all the musicians and big bands from Cuba that are currently being held back by the cuban embargo. Those guys down there on that island are doing big things and are so advanced in their tecniques it's ridiculous, I remain hopefull that they will soon be able to come to the states and make there mark. A big one. I know first hand...

Life is good, life is great!! Im a Chef, I love anything that has anything to do with food. Things have gotten really busy but really blessed in my life. I recently asked my beautiful girlfriend to be my wife. She said yes and the wedding planning is underway. She and I just purchased a beautiful new home together with my step-son Ilijah. My ambitions in life are to keep cooking and creating good food and making my family happy and strong.
