I am a Viking fan through thick and thin baby, I have been lucky enough or unlucky enough - depending on how you look at it to have a dad that is obsessed with them - and have been privileged enough to attend most of the Vikings' games in the last 20 years. It was nice to see Adrian rip the NFL up last year, and with the year's signings of - I am already counting the days until the season starts. I am a fan of all Minnesota teams - although most do wear pretty thin on my patience. I dig all sorts of music, as seen below. I also dig tattoos and piercings, always looking for something new to add. I enjoy cooking - and not to brag or anything but I can make a mean Mac & Cheese.
Music
I am a fan of almost any music genre....some more than others - to me there are different types of music for all the different moods a person has.
I have been following the Rhymesayers since they started. I remember 10 years ago going down to 1st Ave and being able to get tickets at the door for one of their concerts, now I actually have to remember the concerts in advance to make sure I get there.
Atmosphere, Brother Ali, Eyedea and Abilities, FELT, Murs, Living Legends and Sage Francis. Common, Biggie, Nas, Jay-Z, The Gorillaz are a few I listen to. Clapton and Bob Marley will always be on my playlist so will Jimi. Johnny Cash, and Pink Floyd are some that you can always listen to, same with Dave Matthews Band, Van Morrison or the Rolling Stones.
Movies
Wow - Here is another one of my many interests - movies. I like a lot of different ones. I am a big fan of Kevin Smith movies - Clerks and Mallrats are movies I can watch over and over. Judd Apatow is another good director - and when you see that name in the credits you know it's gonna be a funny one. Usual Suspects is a good one too. I mean at the end of the movie when you figure out who Kaiser Soze is, Classic. I like gangster flicks - The Godfather trilogy paved the road for a lot of years of great mafia flicks - Goodfellas, Casino, Donnie Brasco, Carlito's Way, and Scarface, all great ones. I will never pass up a good comedy - 40 year old Virgin, Wedding Crashers, Knocked Up and ever since Superbad came out I watch that movie pretty regularly. Super Troopers, Office Space, Semi-Pro and Stewey Griffin - The untold story are also favorites.
Television
I rely on Netflix for most of the TV I watch, ha ha. I am a fan of Scrubs, Soprano's - even though the ending was not the greatest. Family Guy, Southpark, Simpson's, Rob & Big are also shows I try to watch. Anything that is on Discovery HD will usually catch my attention as well.
Books
I read when I can, or when I find a book that interests me. A Million Little Pieces was good, and yes I do know the background to the book - I still thought it was good. Da Vinci Code was also a good one. I just finished The I Chong - which I highly recommend. I just started Clapton, the autobiography.
Heroes
"Dogs are our link to paradise. They don't know evil or jealousy or discontent. To sit with a dog on a hillside on a glorious afternoon is to be back in Eden, where doing nothing was not boring--it was peace." - Milan Kundera

About me:
It's been a while since I last udpated this, so I guess it's about time to update some stuff. I was born and raised in Prior Lake, graduated in 1998. Skipped around from town to town trying to find my niche. I am a fan of the city - and for the most part have pretty much stuck around the Hopkins/St Louis Park area for the past few years. I currently work for Sedgwick, CMS - Where I am a Disability Case Manager. I am still enjoying life - and have begun to realize more and more that life doesn't give you anything you can't handle, but it certainly does load you up.
Ya smell what I'm shoveling?
