Santa Barbara is about 2 and a half hours away from where I live. I wonder if I could drive up Saturday morning and stay the night where you will be. Is that still where you plan to be? I hate to invite myself, but 5 hours on the road in one day sounds kinda crappy. :( Maybe there's a cheap hotel nearby?

I'm back in my career field and just accepted my 2nd promotion which starts tomorrow. Yay for free weekends again!
Aside from that, trying to rekindle old friendships and make some new ones. For a while I was a rather bitter and jaded person but I've turned over a new leaf. :)
