About me: On a cool and crisp morning, out in the wilderness, looking for that nice trophy elk to steep out just so i can shot it and put his head on the wall. It might sound morbid. Well let me tell you something. This is NOT what HUNTING is about. It’s about the THRILL of the hunt, the NATURE, the CHALLENGE. Hi I am JASON, and if you haven’t seen, I love hunting. But I do find enjoyment in other things as well.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Being razed in the hills of the Coastal Range in Oregon, I get out in the woods a lot. That’s why I enjoy hunting so much. Get up at first light and head out into the wild. The morning is the best time of the day, because there is so much to see. The birds are out and this is your best chance to see a herd of elk, a deer as it bounds to the protection of the brush, or playful coyotes that are playing in a field. The air is so fresh in the morning, and the ground is damp with the morning dew.

I have bow hunted before and got plenty of deer but have only gotten close enough to one herd of Elk and got instant Elk Fever, missed 5 times and lost all five arrows not hitting one Elk. I havent gotten a chance to practice yet as Im makeing payments on this bow, they arent cheap, but I have a few months to get ready before season is here. Oh and Im not as tough as I used to be you could probably allready kick my ass, later dude.
Hows my favorite nephew? Hey I'm getting back into archery this year, going after an Elk, if my luck is bad down here are you going to guide me into one of your areas?
