If you live your life right the first time, when you get old, you'll get to enjoy it a second time. I reject the idea of a quarter or mid-life crisis. The visionless will wound themselves for no good reason. The purposeless are slaves in their own cells. Be a world impacting world visionary person.
If you ask a person to describe what they do, and then ask them to describe who they are, you're going to find that it takes them three times as long to describe who they are. We don't think about our influence as much as we think about our trade in relation to our self worth.
So I am a guy who enjoys spending time with my wife, getting to know and encouraging people, and traveling. My opinion of self-worth and value is the positive influence you have on other people.
