technikue is a building design company, owned by paul fuentes. I focus on small residential projects, like additions, ground up residential projects, light commercial.
I produce architectural and structural plans as well as 3D renderings for most of my projects.
I work closely with others such as engineers in structural, civil, mechanical and electrical.
