About me:
Help, O Wealthy citizens and those who have contacts in the Greater Killeen Fort Hood area....Lighthouse Christian Academy in Killeen needs a building for its school...We have no money, we are not affiliated with a Church, we are a small school specializing in learning disabled children and we cannot afford the high rent around here. We need a charitable individual or organization to let us use a building for very little or no rent. We keep our tuition low so everybody who needs to, can come to Lighthouse, consequently we don't have fancy stuff like other private schools. We have lots of military kids so when they leave, we have to make adjustments for paying the bills. Our teachers are underpaid, but they still come to work because they love what they do. If you can help us out drop me a line. For some kids , Lighthouse is their best option for getting an education, the lessons are tailored to their specific disability. I'm talking Aspergers, Dyslexia, ADD, and Autism to name a few. Lighthouse has regular kids too. Please if you can help or know somebody who can, we would appreciate it.
