  • General

    I used to have those, but then I had a kid. Maybe when I retire....ha ha. I love to travel and try to take a couple of small trips each year. Anything to get away. East Coast was amazing. New Orleans was the trip before that. Fell in love with NOLA. The people were amazing there. Before that it was Chicago to catch a Bear's game and hit the museums. My son and I can be packed for a trip in under 20 minutes and ready to go. He inherited my love of travel. Getting lost is never a problem.....usually find the coolest places that way..and have the most fun. Life is what you make it.

  • Music

    Anything but opera. Mostly country, but have been to concerts from Metallica to Pat Benetar. Jimmy Buffet is the greatest. Seen him 4 times and am ready anytime to see him again.

  • Movies

    Most of the movies I make it to see are rated PG. I love to laugh so I would have to say a good comedy would be my favorite.

  • Television

    We are huge Survivor and Amazing Race fans. And who could forget football. Yes, I actually love it. I am one of those crazy moms who goes to the game with her kid and screams louder than he does.

  • Books

    Love to read, but no actual favorite book.

  • Heroes

    Any single mom. There is no harder job in the world. Also anyone who has gone through a divorce and their child is used as a weapon against them. It takes unbelievable strength of character and love for your child to not fight back in the same way.

About me:

I have a great son named Brandon who is the greatest thing that ever happened to me. He is 12 years old, yikes. He is an amazing kid and I am truly blessed to have him. Great athlete, straight A student since birth, and a general all around good kid. I have also found the greatest guy. Zach is such a sweetheart and I don't know what I would do without him. He has a beautiful little girl named Alexis that I can't wait to meet and get to know. It has been awhile since I got to shop in the toddler department. It is way cuter on the pink side and I am having way too much fun!!! Life is as close to perfect as the wicked witch will let it get. Maybe it will rain soon.... ha ha ha. Am very thankful that I was raised to be the person that I am. Am so grateful to my family for standing by me, no matter what and for accepting Zach with open arms. Family will always be #1 for me. Nothing else matters. Wouldn't sell any of them for all the money in the world....well except maybe Latte...ha ha Aspen ha ha!!! My life may be a wild roller coaster ride, but thank god they are all sitting beside me with their arms in the air screaming at the top of their lungs.

Who I'd like to meet:

There are so many interesting people out there how could you choose? With every person that you meet you take away a little something that becomes part of who you are, the good and the bad.

    Thanks! Hope you fall behind us very soon! Things are going as well as can be expected. I miss him like crazy. We only have 379 days left! I am looking forward to being able to visit him on the 7th before he leaves Camp Pendleton.

    That is great to hear. Things are going great with Steve. I couldn't ask for a better person. He is in the Marine Corps Reserves and leaving for Afghanistan in July and it will be really hard to be apart, but he is worth it!!
