    Getting back in touch with reality! :) Showing Adam this awesome incredible place I have always called home (Chi-town baby!) Working for ourselves. Playing poker. Learning new things. Getting a degree in accounting. Starting a business. Reading more. Writing more. Working for a company who I can see eye to eye with (ideals that is). Developing a great long distance relationship with my (step) daughter via computer, phone, and online games, etc. Figuring out how to fix this broken relationship with people I love with all my heart but seem not to care whether I live or die....living more and letting go.

UPDATE: Well I guess I didn't get to realize my dream of seeing Mr. Carlin before he died. Sad. I really am bummed out about his death...but what's great for him is that he gets to live for a long time yet in the minds and hearts of so many people who loved him, his comedy, even his own breed of philosophy...He still has a new HBO special coming called "It's Bad For Ya!" I can't wait to see it! Long Live the King of Comedy! You shall be missed!

    hey jen.. thanks for thinking of me... it was such a crazy thing to experience, i dont think ill ever be able to celebrate valentines day. luckily everyone i know here is okay, but its still so hard knowing that 5 classmates were killed. campus is shut down until the 25th, so im back in schaumburg seeing the family for a few days.
