I've been well. I'm living with Christopher (the one I was dating when we last spoke.) Well we're not dating anymore we're engaged. :) how have you been? How are things?

Everything is going good Bro. I know sometimes you cross the line and I have called you out on it. I am glad you have respect for me. I have respect for you, but I will always be here if you need help or just want to talk. Honestly I had to grow up a little more and become a leader and not a follower. Also I will defend everyone in the family and when father is not sure what to do, I stand in to help him. As for staci, she is the love of my life and the feelings I have for her are very strong. Never had someone like her, so yea she is apart of the family. We both want to merry each other when we have the money to do so. You know this stuff already. If you want me to be your workout trainer, I will be more than happy to help you out and have you lose the weight. Most important workout that is helping me is walking. Walk everywhere and carry water with you at all times. If you start to feel the burn on your legs from walking, stop and go home. Then do it again the next day. The highest I ever got from walking was over 8 miles. Also what reallly helps is to stop smoking. You will gain weight from quiting but you can also work it off. All it is will power and training your mind.Look at me, I am 2 months away from my quit date. A year without smoking and being able to breathe better and workout longer. I will never go back to smoking, I have the will power and strength to do so. But this is a little too long of a comment, so I will end here.love ya bro!
