A Very Merry Christmas, Persuasion, Freakonomics, Tipping Point by Gladwell. Mysteries are my latest thing, especially if they are comical; I'd recommend Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series, they are a blast (sometimes I read her stuff over TV - that good!).

I'm just a girl who has a little interest in a lot of different things. I don't like people who are fake or bs me - I like genuine people, who don't care what other people think about them. I have lived in the same small town all my life and would really like to get outta here into a city where I could meet other people who are like me, people who eat sushi, know how to pick out a matching outfit and love to drink martini's - or at least know what a martini is. I love cooking vegetarian meals and hate eating beef. I just learned how to bake bread and now I can't stop... I swear I have gained 5 pounds since I've learned! I teach college freshmen at a state university and wonder when the public school system is going to start teaching kids to spell again. I also teach teachers techniques in math and science and fully understand why some students aren't able to spell - maybe if the State of WI would hire a few teachers who were able to follow instructions students might have a chance. Furthermore, are manners a thing of the past?? I just had a student call me 'hun.' What the F#$K!!!
