I have a great sense of humor, very random, sarcastic, love to have a great time and try new things. I know how to party and when to be serious. My friends and family are my life ♥ I love going to concerts, watching movies, finding time to relax at home, going to bars, partying, taking crazy photos, laughing and joking around, blurting out random sounds/phrases, etc. I'm not a big talking on the phone person, I'm more for texting/online/in person. I ♥ coffee, beer, vodka, music, movies, sleep, laughing, cell phones, computers, internet, etc. I'm a sucker for Lifetime movies ;x I'm unique and not afraid to show it. With me around, there's never a dull moment ♥
25 Random Facts About Me:
1. I'm literally almost always busy, you need to book me advance lol. M-F I work from 9AM-5PM, M&W I also head to the gym after work and don't get home til after 8PM and I'm SHOTTT, and weekends of course I like to party it up with my friends <3 I'm more for planning in advance, with occasional spontaneity in my life that creeps in.
2. I am an only child, however, one of my bestest friends (Age) and I love to tell everyone we're brother and sister. It's hilarious to see the confused reactions b/c I am pale/blonde hair/blue eyes and he's way darker/brown eyes/dark hair hahah we love it.
3. I HATE bills (I mean really, who likes them?). I have way too many and I hate when people are like "what do you have to pay, you live at home??." Try paying student loans (for another 8 years), vacation loan I got stuck with (thanks to my FUCKER of an ex), gas/insurance/anything else for my car, phone bill, clothes/food, mall parking garage (for work), parking garage (home), etc. etc. etc. UGHHH
4. I like being alone sometimes. Relaxing in my room watching movies, listening to music, going online, and napping <3 Sometimes you just need a break.
5. I'm a very strong believer in karma and that everything happens for a reason.
6. My grandma is AWESOME. She's 69 and recently became a certified Personal Trainer and is now working at NYSC on Austin Street. She's an amazing woman and my best friend. I can tell her anything.
7. My mom passed away a year ago. I miss her and love her so much. I wish I would have made more time to spend with her, as well as others that passed (my grandma & grandma on her side, great grandma on dad's side, etc.). You really don't know what you've got until you lose it. Cherish each moment with your family/friends because you just never know what tomorrow will bring.
8. I have a very sarcastic sense of humor and I LOVE those that can tolerate it and snap back at me with it, I love witty people lol.
9. I get this ridiculously professional and sweet voice when I speak to Vendors/etc. at work, people I don't know well, etc. It's too fucking funny because my voice gets higher and sugar-coated. I normally have a deeper voice hahah
10. I'm 100% single right now and I am loving it. If the right guy came around, that could change. But I'm going to be extremely picky after my con-artist of an ex bf.
11. I hate initiating a phone call because I'm not a big fan of talking on the phone (I prefer texting/ims/in person). However, once you get me on the phone that changes and I can talk for hours.
12. There are times when I get pretty nostalgic. I would love to go back to my HS days where those I loved were still alive, I didn't have many responsibilities, things were still new to me and fun to try out, etc.
13. I wanna know why the FUCK everyone that is around my age is either engaged, married, or has a child. I'm happy for you all, don't get me wrong. But am I doing something wrong? LOL. It just gets annoying when you know that won't be happening to you for a very long time.
14. Despite the above, I eventually really do want to get married and have a baby. I know, weird coming from me haha, but it's true. I long to be one of those sappy happy movie married couples sometimes.
15. I hate driving. I get easily annoyed at the way people drive (old & slow drivers, people that cut me off for no reason, those that don't watch where they're going, etc.).
16. I'm grateful for my job but I really need a raise. I'm not making nearly enough for the amount and quality of work I do for someone that has a BA (and my boss agrees). I either need a raise or would like to eventually go into the private sector. We'll see what happens.
17. This recession scares the shit out of me. Inflation is rampant, a lot of people are losing their jobs, companies are shutting down, people are losing their minds, etc. It's scary out there. And why did this have to happen at a time when we're young and supposed to enjoy life?
18. This past year was a living hell. I'm so ECSTATIC that I'm going to the Bahamas for 7 nights in mid-August with Kris & Sara <3 BONFIRE PARTIES, WOOOOOOOOOOO!
19. I get really annoyed when I always have to be the one to get in touch with people and ask them to hang out. It works both ways, MAKE AN EFFORT.
20. I don't know what the hell I want to do with my career. I have a BA in graphic design but I do way more than that at my job. I coordinate/schedule mandatory training courses, deal with Vendors, create and modify budgets for almost $1 million+, graphic design, floor plans, amoungst other things. I do literally EVERYTHING haha.
21. My favorite co-worker (Jen) and I have created the "Lunch Club" for ourselves hahah. We put in $16 each per week which gets us a nice healthy lunch/breakfast for the entire week from the supermarket. And we make the most DELICIOUS lunches (thank you George Forman <3).
22. I always tell myself "I'm going to go to bed early tonight" but that never happens. I tend to get distracted by online and the TV. Damn technology to hell!
23. I would love to open up my own bar/club around here. Some place really fucking awesome and different. Queens needs something more decent and fun.
24. I get really tired/lazy after work but somehow I muster enough energy to really kick ass during my session with my trainer, or work out at home. I really don't know where it comes from or how I do it, but it usually goes great.
25. I have a lot of common sense and I'm also intelligent. I find that's rare in most people to have both qualities hahah
