My name is Allison, though I prefer Allie.

School takes up my life. When I ignore it, though, I spend my time practicing photography, reading at least three books at one time, knitting projects that seem to never end, watching and deciphering movies or losing myself in musical notes.

I'm currently learning Signing Exact English and hope to teach myself American Sign Language. I love it and hope to one day get my masters in educating children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
I used to edit conversations I had with friends. My brain just translates the spoken word into the written word and it has a red pen it enjoys using, for grammar is a beautiful thing that the majority of people seem to not partake in. Now, I see words in signs. It's incredibly amazing.
