We were 4 years apart, ya know, plus you were a stinky girl, but I have quite a few sweet memories of you as a child.
I remember when you were born, I was soooo jealous.
I remember when we rode the greyhound back from Baltimore when I was 8 and you were 4. I was so scared to death, but for you and not for myself. All you heard in school those days was how weirdos tried to kidnap little kids.
There was your first trip to Rainbow Skateland, and you broke your arm.
Remember the year I was helping to coach your 4th grade basketball team? I was such a hardass :P
I used to always make you and T.J. throw wiffle balls to me on gamedays so i could get some extra swings in (a lot of good that helped!)
All in all I think we were about as close as we could be considering all the crazy ass circumstances.
Though, I could have been a lot nicer to you, and a LOT more patient with you. You were a very sweet little girl, Haley has a lot of you in her, and she looks just like you.
Anyhow, good luck to you and Steven. i love you a bunch, too, Sis.
